Fatigue life optimization and lightweight design of wheel based on entropy weight grey relation analysis and modified NSGA-II

In order to study the fatigue performance of wheel and enhance its lightweight design level, this article proposes structure, optimization method magnesium-aluminum alloy assembled wheel. Taking a [Formula: see text] type as research object, optimal topology spoke is solved by constructing model for bending radial test conditions. A finite element testing wheels was established, which simulates analyzes influencing factors under two working Combined with contribution analysis method, modified NSGA-II entropy weight grey relation (EGRA), multi-objective performed. The result demonstrated that reduction after optimized 4.49%, while life safety factor are decreased 9.95% 25%, respectively. better balance achieve design, combines joint multiple conditions screens compromise solution EGRA, provides an approach optimization.
